RADFORD CHASING ANOTHER LMSC VICTORY

Paul Radford, fresh off his first victory in more than 20 years at Pulaski County Speedway, leads the Late Model Stock Car point standings heading into Saturday night's Granger Select 200.

Radford's last victory at Pulaski County came in the late 1960s when it was a half-mile dirt track.

With the victory in Saturday night's 100-lap opening race, Radford, 59, holds a four-point lead over Gene Pack of Rural Hall, N.C.

Sharing the spotlight with the Late Model Stocks will be the Mini Stock drivers, who will be competing for 40 laps. Also on tap are 35 laps for the Street Stocks and 25 each for the Modified Mini and Pure Stocks.

Gates open at 3 p.m., with practice and qualifying being followed by the first race at 7:30 p.m. - Staff report
