James River Limestone Co. of Buchanan said it will build two new plants to produce pelletized limestone for the lawn and garden markets. Construction has begun of one of the plants, in Buchanan, to be completed in the fourth quarter. Location and construction schedule of the second plant is to be announced later this year.

\ The Library, a restaurant in Roanoke, has been rated with four diamonds, the second highest rating available in the American Automobile Association's 1991 tour guide of lodging and restaurants. It is one of seven restaurants in Virginia and the only one in Western Virginia to receive four or five diamonds. Also, the Roanoke Airport Marriott hotel received four diamonds in the lodging category.
