LIBRARY SUPPORTERS PLAN SILENT AUCTION

The Christiansburg chapter of the Friends of the Library is sponsoring a silent auction from Saturday until April 28. Items for sale will be displayed at the Christiansburg Branch Library during these dates. Many of the items are handmade.

The person with the highest bid on each item at the end of the two-week period will receive that item. Proceeds from this sale will help fund the summer reading program and other children's programs. For information, call 382-4548 or 731-1238.
