Charley's three other locations - one in Christiansburg and two in Roanoke - are doing "fine," Miller said. "We're open for business."
He said sale of the Greensboro restaurant should be complete this month, and the money will help pay off banks. He could not identify the potential buyer, he said.

Miller and William Armstrong, owners of Goggins Taverns Inc., filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 in bankruptcy court in Roanoke last month. The company owns the Greensboro and Christiansburg restaurants. The two Roanoke locations are under a separate company but have overlapping ownership.
Miller said the court has yet to approve the cancellation of the bankruptcy filing. Goggins Taverns had reported debt of $81,615 and assets of $162,702.
