OBIT-COVEY, H.

Homer Thomas Covey, age 81, died Thursday in a Montgomery County hospital. He was a retired employee of Lynchburg Foundry Company and a member of the Carter Street United Methodist in Radford. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy B. Covey, Blacksburg; one daughter, Edith Lilly, Blacksburg; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive. Memorial services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the DeVilbiss Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Harold Russell officiating. There will be no visitation. DeVilbiss Funeral Home, Radford, is handling the arrangements.
