NO SNO-CONES, BUT CAR RACING IS ALL RIGHT

The city that wouldn't allow a man to sell sno-cones on city property will allow the racing of automobiles on city property.

Oh, here it is: "It (city) also will receive a commission on food sales." Maybe it (city) will allow the sno-cone man at the stadium. But with an expected 20,000 people on hand, he had better arrive early for space to shave his ice.
