OBIT - TURNER, C.

Charles Noel Douglas Turner, age 73, of Salem, died Friday in a Salem hospital. He was retired from the U.S. Army. Surviving are his wife, Byrl Franklin Turner; one daughter and son-in-law, Gale and Jerry Lineberry of Gambrills, Md.; one sister, Betty T. Turner of Goodview; sister-in-law, Florence Looney of Salem; two grandchildren, Devon and Deborah Lineberry. Graveside services will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery. Funeral arrangements by John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem.
