REGIONAL SCIENCE FAIR WINNERS NAMED

Grand award winners at the 1991 Western Virginia Regional Science Fair, held Saturday at Virginia Western Community College in Roanoke, are James Turner III, a senior at Patrick Henry High School and the Governor's School, Roanoke; and Kass Kastning, a sophomore at Radford High School.

Turner and Kastning will go to the International Science and Engineering Fair in Orlando, Fla., in May.

Alternate grand award winners are Wendy Dillard, a senior at Cave Spring High School and the Governor's School, Roanoke; and David Vanover, a freshman at Northside Junior High School, Roanoke.
