Elizabeth Sage Richard and Thomas Barksdale Hutcheson, III are engaged and planning to be married May 11, 1991. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde C. Richard of Annapolis, Md. She was graduated from Severn School and Duke University. He is a son of Mrs. Frances M. Hutcheson-Russell and the late Mr. Thomas B. Hutcheson, Jr. Thomas was graduated from Blacksburg High School, Blacksburg and earned an MBA degree from the Pamphlin College of Business, V.P.I & S.U. The wedding will be in the United States Naval Academy Chapel in Annapolis.
