Michelle LeVon Tyler and Earnest L. Moore, III, are engaged and planning to be married at the Metropolitan Baptist Church, Washington, D. C., on June 15, 1991. Michelle is the daughter of Mrs. Nancy T. Brown of Roanoke, Va. She graduated from William Fleming High School in 1982 and from Virginia State University, Petersburg, Va. She is employed by the Department of Commerce, Washington, D. C. Earnest is the son of Mrs. Carrie White, Richmond, Va. He graduated from Virginia State University, Petersburg, Va. He is employed by P.R.C. Corporation Computer Company, Washington, D. C.
