Mr. and Mrs. Robert P. Vest, Jr., of Goodview are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Marie, to Martin Oliver Skelly, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas William Skelly of Roanoke. Kelly is a graduate of William Fleming High School and Roanoke College. She is a Registered Representative with Paine Webber, Inc. Martin is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and Harvard University. He is employed by Roanoke City Schools. An August wedding is planned at Virginia Heights Baptist Church, Roanoke.
