Rhonda Carol Preston and David Kent Kessler were married April 6 in Melrose Baptist Church. The Rev. Larry Sprouse officiated. The maid of honor was Teresa Siler. Bridesmaids were Lisa Kittinger, Shelly Koon and Amy Lyon. The flowergirl was Cara Hazzard. The best man was Vaden Kessler, father of the groom. Ushers were Mike Kessler, Jerry Green and Scott Preston. The ringbearer was Justin Azar. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William C. Preston of Roanoke. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Vaden Kessler of Roanoke. The newlyweds will live in Salem.
