Raymond Cundiff Hylton, age 71, died Saturday, April 13, 1991, in a Martinsville hospital. He is survived by two daughters, Virginia M. Nelson and A. Geraldine Lawson, both of Patrick Springs; one son, Ray Lee Hylton, Bassett; three sisters, Artis Davis and Recie Moran, both of Floyd; Virginia Chatting, Roanoke; two granddaughters, Susan Hanks, Martinsville; Melissa Ratcliffe, Ridgeway; one great-grandson, Roy Wesley Hanks Jr., Martinsville. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd, with the Rev. Calvin Lee Kirkman and the Rev. Tim Lane officiating. Burial will be in the Shelor Cemetery, Meadows of Dan. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at the home of the daughter, Virginia Nelson, State Road 627 (County Line Road), Patrick Springs, and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Maberry Funeral Home, Floyd.
