RADFORD LIBRARY MARKS 50 YEARS OF SERVICE

The Radford Public Library is celebrating National Library Week and observing 50 years of service in the city.

A display of scrapbooks, newspaper articles, photographs and library memorabilia shows the growth of library service from a room in the recreation building to the current facility. The exhibit will be on display through May.

The Radford library has declared April "fine-free," meaning patrons may return overdue library material at no cost. For information, call 731-3621.
