KMART DIRECTORS RAISE QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Directors of Kmart Corp. raised the company's quarterly dividend from 43 cents to 44 cents a share, effective with the payment of June 10 to holders of record on May 16. This is the Troy, Mich.-based company's 27th annual increase in its dividend.
