STATE LEADER TO GIVE REPORT ON EDUCATION

Bill Lemmon, chairman of the Governor's Commission on Educational Opportunities for all Virginians, will present the committee's report Thursday at the Holiday Inn.

Lemmon has been chairman of the education committee of the House of Delegates and president of the Virginia Board of Education.
