"I would have hoped he acted like he accepted a little more responsibility for the situation," Jefferson District Judge Jim Green said Monday after seeing Wahlberg interviewed on national television.
"The only thing I did do in the hotel was shoot off a fire extinguisher, which was kind of a prank," the teen idol said Monday on ABC's "Good Morning America" program.

Dylan Frances Penn was born Saturday at 10:49 p.m. at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles , Penn publicist Lois Smith said Tuesday. The baby weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces, and mother and child were doing well, the spokeswoman said.
Smith said no wedding plans have been scheduled.
Isabelle De Ruyt, 16, daughter of a Belgian diplomat and a student at the French International School in Washington, D.C., will be the queen when the 38th Azalea Festival opens today in Norfolk.
De Ruyt, who has enjoyed a lifetime of traveling because of her father's position, said she wants to keep going from country to country, but as a foreign correspondent rather than a diplomat.
"I like to go to places and to be the first to know and inform all the others," she said. She will graduate from high school in June and then study journalism in Lille, France.
The festival, which salutes the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, includes a parade and several air shows, including appearances Saturday and Sunday at the Norfolk Naval Air Station by the Navy's Blue Angels precision flying team.
