POLLARDS SAME AS ROSENBERGS

ALVIN W. Finestone's March 25 letter was very disturbing. His comments about what Jonathan Pollard said are pure garbage. His factual deletions are obvious.

The question is: What did Julius and Ethel Rosenberg and Jonathan and Ann Pollard have in common? Answer: All were convicted spies.

The Rosenbergs were executed for their dastardly deeds. Probably the only reason the Pollards were not is that there was not a war going on at the time of their offense. Both are now serving time in the Federal Penitentiary for their treasonous crimes. EDWARD T. BOWLES MONETA
