NORFOLK'S AZALEA FESTIVAL TO HONOR BELGIUM

The Azalea Festival, which begins Saturday and is an annual spring gathering to commemorate the nations of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, this year will honor Belgium.

The queen for the five-day festival is 16-year-old Isabelle De Ruyt, daughter of a Belgian diplomat and a student at the French International School in Washington, D.C.

The festival, in its 38th year, annually draws thousands of visitors.
