ELDERHOSTEL PROGRAM PLANNED AT RADFORD

Radford University will host a week of Elderhostel programs starting May 9.

During the program, those aged 60 and older will be able to take non-credit college level classes at the university, as well as view area attractions and socialize with local people.

Elderhostel is a non-profit corporation based in Boston that provides low-cost educational opportunities for senior citizens. It was founded and established on five college campuses in New Hampshire in 1975 and has since grown to include programming at nearly 2,000 educational centers across North America.
