Willard W. Clark, age 78, of Roanoke, died April 16, 1991, in a local hospital. He was a retired Roanoke City employee. Surviving are his wife, Edith; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Dot and Harry Hash; one stepgranddaughter, Karen Hash; one stepgrandson, Reginald Hash, all of Chesapeake; four sons; two sisters, Nina Brown, Baltimore, M.d.; Gladys Suttles, Ashville, N.C.; one brother, N.B. Clark, Jacksonville, N.C. Memorial services will be in the Chapel of the Salvation Army Citadel, 3:00 p.m. Saturday with Captain Dean Hinson officiating. Arrangements by Oakey's Roanoke Chapel. The family memorials contributions be made to the Salvation Army.
