HILL PACES PANTHERS OVER BRIDGEWATER 5-1

Jeremy Hill was 3-for-4 with two RBI, and Robert Fuller and Billy Wagner combined for a five-hitter as Ferrum beat Bridgewater 5-1 in college baseball Wednesday.

Fuller (7-0) pitched the first six innings. Wagner finished, giving up no hits in the final three innings and striking out five to pick up his first save for the Panthers (22-4).

Bridgewater is 15-12.
