MANY LOTTO WINNERS IN EAST

IT SEEMS an unusual number of winning Lotto tickets come from sources in the eastern part of the state.

It makes me wonder why there are so many winners there and so few from the south and west. Could it be that there is a predominance of state offices and government influence concentrated in the eastern part of the state?
