\ SALEM CAMP MEETING, an annual event for more than 90 years, will take place Aug. 17-25 at the tabernacle at 208 Third St. The Rev. Raymond Powers of Blacksburg, president of the sponsoring board, said veteran director Earl T. Gentry, now living in Louisiana, expects to manage the event this year.
