WEEKEND CLEANUP PLANNED AT CRAIG CEMETERY

There is a planned cleanup this weekend at the Craig Cemetery, the oldest cemetery in the area. The cleanup, which has been rescheduled twice due to rain, will start around 9 a.m. The property, where many Christiansburg people are buried, is on the hill between Park, Depot and Roanoke streets.

Most of the work will be clearing, hauling trash and setting tombstones upright. Come to the cemetery or call Donna Speaks at 382-5644 or 382-6338.
