\ Glass: Rinse and separate by color. Remove metal rings, lids, etc.

\ Other food containers: Rinse, remove lids and labels.

\ Plastics: Read the label. Divide into No. 1 and No. 2 plastics -\ No. 1 PEET (Polyethylene plastic) includes 2-liter beverage bottles, salad dressing bottles, peanut butter jars, mouthwash bottles.\ No. 2 HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) includes detergent bottles, bleach bottles, milk and orange juice jugs.
