BLUEFIELD, W.VA. - Mrs. Macy C. George, age 86, of 526 Union Street, Bluefield, W.Va., died Friday in a Bluefield hospital. Born in Crumpler, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Robert T. Cook and Emaline Wood Cook. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Lee George. Survivors include one son, Bobby George, Bluefield, W.Va.; four daughters, Elizabeth Leedy, Salem, Va.; Mrs. Roberta Elliott, Mrs. W.R. (Jerry) Elswick, and Mrs. Iris Conner, all of Bluefield, W.Va.; two sisters, Sadie Miller, Princeton, W.Va.; Gladys Baldwin, Bluefield, W.Va.; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 3:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Bluefield with Dr. Primitivo Delgado officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Friends may call at the Mercer Funeral Home in Bluefield Sunday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
