Both drivers will carry two-race winning streaks on the .526-mile oval into the $536,915 Hanes racing weekend.
Bodine, who has struggled this season in Junior Johnson's Ford stable, hopes to return to form at Martinsville. Bodine swept the two NASCAR Winston Cup events at the speedway last season.
A victory in next Sunday's $488,000 Hanes 500 would make Bodine only the fourth driver in history to win three consecutive Cup races at Martinsville. Darrell Waltrip, Cale Yarborough and Richard Petty captured three straight, and Fred Lorenzen took four in a row in the mid-1960s.
"I'm always glad to see Martinsville coming on the schedule," said Bodine, the only driver to win in three different NASCAR divisions at the Henry County oval. "I've had a lot of success there. When I walk in the doors at Martinsville, I always figure on good things happening."
Bodine posted his first major-league victory at Martinsville in 1984, and three of his 10 Cup triumphs have come on the tight, low-banked layout.
Fuller won last month's 1991 Modified Tour season-opener at Martinsville, and returns as a solid favorite in Saturday's $48,915 Hanes 150.
The Winston Cup teams will begin to check into the speedway Thursday. Practice begins Friday, with first-round time trials for positions 1-20 in Sunday's field starting at 3 p.m.
The Modified cars will qualify at noon Saturday. The 150-lap Modified event takes the green flag at 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
Sunday's Hanes 500 takes the green at 12:30 p.m.
ESPN will provide live, flag-to-flag coverage of both races.
