BLUNK-PHLEGAR

Mrs. John M. Blunk, of Vienna, Va., announces the engagement of her daughter, Kelly Lee, of Fairfax, to Mr. Richard James Phlegar, of Vienna, son of Drs. Fred and Barbara Phlegar, of Radford, Va. Miss Blunk is employed by AT&T in Fairfax and is a student at George Mason University. Mr. Phlegar is a graduate of Emory and Henry College and is employed by Custom Carpet in Vienna. The wedding will take place September 21st at Trinity United Methodist Church in McLean, Va.
