in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ralph Kidd officiating. The
reception was held at Giles Country Club. The matron of honor was Wendy D.
Vaughn, sister of bride. The bridesmaids were Sandra Johnson, sister of bride;
Vicki Blevins, sister of groom; Susan Board, sister of bride. The flowergirl
was Candace Johnson, niece of bride. The best man was Donald J. Evans, father
of groom. The ushers were Michael Donnelly, brother of bride; Donald Blevins,
brother-in-law of groom; Mark Evans, cousin of groom; Carroll Pence, uncle of
groom; Brad Lambert, nephew of groom. The ringbearer was Matthew Blevins,
nephew of groom. The candlelighters were Michael Donnelly and Donald Blevins.
The guestbook was attended by Casey Board. The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Wayne A. Donnelly of Floyd. She graduated from Christiansburg High
School and Radford University. She is employed by Roanoke City Schools. The
groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald J. Evans of Narrows. He graduated from
Narrows High School and attended Virginia Tech. He is employed by Prudential
Insurance Co. The newlyweds will live in Pearisburg.
