ROANOKE MAN ELECTED TO HEAD STATE AGENCY
S. James Sikkema, director of the Mental Health Division of Mental Health Services of the Roanoke Valley, has been elected president of the Mental Health Association of Virginia.
Sikkema has been with Mental Health Services of the Roanoke Valley since 1975 as coordinator of inpatient services, director of outpatient services and director of the Division of Substance Abuse Services. He has been director of the Mental Health Division since 1988.
Vinton Masonic lodge elects new officers
Joseph R. White has been installed as worshipful master of Vinton Masonic Lodge 204.
Other officers are B.L. "Robbie" Robinson, senior warden; Lewis O. Bowyer, junior warden; Alfred C. Anderson, treasurer; J.E. "Eddie" Glover, secretary; Sidney W. Bush Jr., senior deacon; Douglas W. Densmore, junior deacon; Joseph L. Bush, chaplain; Douglas M. Cronise, senior steward; David N. Powell, junior steward; E. Stephen Smith, marshal; and James C. Napier, tiler.
