HUNDLEY, GROVER L.Grover Lee Hundley, age 78, of Roanoke died Thursday in a local hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Mary Looney Hundley. He was a member of the Roanoke Moose Lodge #284, a former employee of Richard Wayland and the Roanoker Restaurant and former owner of Dowdy Electric Company. He is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ira and Eunice Hundley of Roanoke; Clarence Ed and Jettie Lee Hundley, Sr. of Roanoke; two sisters and brother-in-law, Ella M. Dana of Salem; Loraine Hundley and William Kinsey of Roanoke; two sister-in-laws, Iris Hundley Blankenship and Hazel Hundley, both of Roanoke; a number of nieces and nephews, also other relatives and a host of many friends; a special friend, Mac Mason. Funeral services will be from Oakey's Roanoke Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Monday with the Rev. John Cochran officiating. Interment will be in Haymaker Town Cemetery, Botetourt County.
