Mrs. Mary Josephine Hubbard Brown, age 62 of 22nd St., N. W., passed away in a local hospital on Thursday. She was a retired sales lady at Miller & Rhoads. Survivors include her husband, Richard Brown; one son, Ronald Eugene Hubbard, Sr., daughter-in-law, Carolyn S. Hubbard, all of Roanoke; three grandchildren, Ronald E. Hubbard, Jr., Ryann Hubbard, both of Roanoke; and Darryl Thomas of Killeen, Texas; mother, Mrs. Bessie Hubbard, Roanoke; two sisters, Mrs. Eva Dudley, Roanoke; Mrs. Mae Emma Day of Newington Falls; mother-in-law, Mrs. Maggie Brown, Roanoke; sisters-in-law, Annie Morris of Roanoke; and Catherine Noble, Long Island, N.Y.; brother-in-law, Kenneth Dudley, Roanoke; nephew, Jerome Dudley, Suitland, Md.; and other relatives.
