Assets chief named at CrestarCrestar Bank has named GEORGE W. COLEMAN JR. to manage the Special Assets Division for its Western Region Credit Administration in Roanoke. Coleman, a senior vice president, joined Crestar in 1973 as a marketing representative and served as a vice president and mortgage officer and commercial account manager before being promoted to senior vice president in 1990. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, the Virginia Bankers Association's School of Bank Management and the Consumer Bankers Association's School of Retail Bank Management.
BANKING\
HARRY W. HAMILTON and MARTHA GOODE PASFIELD have been named vice presidents at Dominion Investment Banking, a subsidiary of Dominion Bank. Hamilton provides personal investment services for Dominion's private banking customers in the Roanoke area and for individual investors in Bluefield, Richlands and Grundy.
Pasfield manages investment operations and safekeeping services. She is responsible for computer systems and the input and clearance of all investment transactions, as well as customer services which includes the safekeeping of customers' accounts.
Also at Dominion Bankshares Corp., DAVID A. DANCO has been elected systems officer, responsible for the systems software used by data processing operations and application systems personnel. He is also working on the implementation of an automated operations system. ANNETTE S. MORGAN has been named financial analysis officer at Dominion Bankshares. She works in the strategic analysis division where she is responsible for coordinating many aspects of the development of a profitability reporting system by line of business.
CONSTRUCTION
\ DAVID UNDERWOOD has joined Lionberger Construction Co., a Roanoke general contractor, as chief estimator. He was formerly an estimator with Avis Construction Co. Inc. and Branch & Associates Inc., both of Roanoke.
\ JAMES G. BREAKELL has been named director of business development with Breakell Inc. General Contractors of Roanoke. He was previously associated with the Equitable Life Insurance Co., both in Roanoke and Atlanta. Breakell also appointed JAMES McFADYN as project manager, He previously was owner and\ architect of a construction firm in New York.

FRANK TALBOTT III will become a consultant in the Danville office of Woods, Rogers & Hazlegrove, a Roanoke-based law firm. He was formerly general counsel of the Virginia Manufacturers Association and former vice president and general counsel of Dan River Inc.

\ BETTY LOU EGGLESTON FOX has been named area manager in Southwest Virginia for Thera-Kinetics Inc. of Mount Laurel, N.J. Thera-Kinetics is a nationwide provider of continuous passive motion and electrotherapy products and services. Fox was formerly a clinical consultant for Kinetic Concepts Inc. in Southwest Virginia.
