JONES, CARRIE E.

Miss Carrie E. Jones, age 83, of Friendship Manor (Lakeview) passed away Friday, January 3, 1992, in a local hospital. She was born in Mercer County, W.Va. May 11, 1908, a daughter of Bethel and Mary Katherine Jones. She was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. She is survived by her niece, Ms. Patty Jones Haynes, with whom she made her home for years, two other nieces and six nephews; one sister-in-law. Funeral services will be conducted at Oakey's North Chapel 10:00 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Reid Dalton officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery, Bluewell, W.Va. at 1:30 p.m. Monday. Friends may call from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday at Oakey's North Chapel.
