RADFORD WOMEN WIN IN DOUBLE OT

Patrinda Toney had game highs of 27 points and eight assists, and Radford slid past Marshall 82-79 in two overtime periods Saturday night in the consolation game of the Lady Eagle Invitational basketball tournament at Georgia Southern.

Rosalyn Groce added 20 points and Tammie Crown 16 for the Highlanders (6-6).

Kim Kraft had 26 points and Tracy Krueger 20 for the Thundering Herd (6-6).
