CAUDILL-MOORE

Janet S. Caudill of Roanoke, Virginia, and Brian N. Moore of Blacksburg, Virginia, are engaged and planning to be married.

Miss Caudill is the daughter of Mrs. Jeanne S. Rubright of Chandler, AZ, and Mr. John J. Baxter of Hilton Head Island, S.C. She is employed by E. W. Lautenschlager and Robert G. Frank, attorneys.

Mr. Moore is the son of Norman Moore of Hagerstown, MD, and the late Thelma Moore. Mr. Moore is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and is self-employed. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant.
