Mr. & Mrs. Harvey Crouch are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Wanda Mae, to Gregg Thomas Flora, all of Roanoke. Wanda is a graduate of Northside High School and Radford University. She is employed by Roanoke County Schools. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Flora. Gregg is a graduate of Northside High School. He is employed by Advance Auto of Roanoke. A December, 1992 wedding is planned.
