LATSKO-MCPARLAND

Susan Terese Latsko and Thomas A. McParland are engaged and planning to be married in Roanoke in the fall of 1992. Susan is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George M. Latsko of Bayside, Wisconsin, formerly of Roanoke. She graduated from Patrick Henry High School and from Belmont Abbey College, Belmont, N. C. She is employed by Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Dallas, Texas. Thomas is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas A. McParland of Edison, N. J. He graduated from Scranton University, Scranton, Pa. He is employed by EDS in Dallas, Texas.
