NEIGHBORS, RITA L.

Rita Lawrence Neighbors, age 78, of Salem died Saturday in a Salem hospital. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Bari L. and Donna W. Neighbors, Salem; three granddaughters, Dee Colin Neighbors, Sumner Kay Neighbors, Sara Jo Neighbors; four brothers, Tallie Lawrence, G.W. Lawrence, both of Salem; Gordon Lawrence, Bedford; Calvin (Jay) Lawrence, Salem; three sisters, Mamie Hill, Strasburg; Daisy Jones, Salem; Irene Flowers, Roanoke. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 7, at 2:00 p.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel with the Rev. R. Paul Henrickson officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Salem Rescue Squad or the Ridgewood Baptist Church. Friends may call at Lotz Salem Chapel.
