HYLTON, HASSIE H.

BEDFORD - Hassie H. Hylton, age 92, formerly of Willis, passed away Saturday, January 4, 1992, in a Bedford hospital. Surviving are a daughter-in-law, Elnora Hylton, Bedford; a grandson and wife, Danny R. and Melanie Hylton, Forest; great-grandchildren, Heather Hylton and David Hylton, both of Bedford; two sisters, Clarice Howell, Richmond; Treva Lightfoot, Roanoke; one brother, Carmon E. Hylton, Roanoke; two half sisters, Ercell Simmons, Baltimore, Md.; Sue Hylton, Norfolk; three half brothers, Claude Hylton, Manassas; the Rev. Dale Hylton, Lenhartsville, Pa.; Virgil Hylton, Fort Myers, Fla. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Willis. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at the Mayberry Funeral Home, Floyd.
