JUSTICE, EARLE L.

Earle Lynn Justice, age 82, died Sunday in the Buena Vista Health Care Center. She was born December 25, 1909, in Rockbridge County, a daughter of the late Charles A. and Mary Clatterbaugh Lynn. She is survived by her husband, Earl "Red" Justice; two sons, Jerry Lynn Justice of Roanoke; Edward Jordan Justice of Buena Vista; four sisters, Catherine Cash of Staunton; Lucille Smith, Mary Lee Mutispaugh and Charlotte Dudley, all of Buena Vista; one brother, Racey Lynn of Buena Vista; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, at the Lomax Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Teague officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday night at the Lomax Funeral Home.
