SYMPHONY AUDITIONS

The Lynchburg Symphony will hold auditions Jan. 21 and 28 for solo parts in Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, to be performed May 10.

The work, to be sung in German, has soprano, alto, tenor and bass solos. Musicians may bring their own accompanist or one will be provided.

The auditions will be at 6:30 p.m. both nights at the Court Street United Methodist Church. For an audition time, call the Symphony office at (804) 845-6604.
