WALKER, WILLIAM C.

William C. Walker, age 46, of Roanoke County, died Monday in a local hospital. He is survived by his wife, Thayer Tomlinson Walker; son, Mitchell T. Walker, both of Roanoke County; three sisters, Virginia Garren, Elizabeth Walker, Melody LaKamp. Memorial service will be held at Westhampton Christian Church 7:30 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Paul Matheny and the Rev. Walter Bingham officiating. Memorials may be made to the Westhampton Christian Church Memorial Fund. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday at Oakey's South Chapel.
