SANDERSON, RUBY E.VERSAILLES, KY. - Mrs. Ruby Ellis Sanderson, of 140 Paddock Road, Versailles, Ky., formerly of Roanoke, died Wednesday morning in a Versailles hospital. Mrs. Sanderson was the widow of George H. Sanderson. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Dr. E. S. Carter in 1984 and her daughter, Ann Sanderson Carter 3 months later in 1985. Mrs. Sanderson was an active member of Greene Memorial United Methodist Church, The Thomas Meeker Bible Class and the United Methodist Women. Surviving are grandson, George Robert Carter, Indiana; and a granddaughter, Jean Ann McFall, Lexington, Ky.; four great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, W. D. Tucker, Roanoke; and several nieces and nephews. The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greene Memorial United Methodist Church Charity Fund or to ones favorite charity. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday.
