SHELTON, HORACE L.

Horace Lee Shelton, age 61, of 1216 Penrod Ave., S.E., died Wednesday, January 8, 1992. He was a former employee of Powers Fence Company and was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his former wife, Loveline Alls; three sons, Lee, Kenneth and Donnie Shelton, all of Roanoke; daughter, Mrs. Debra S. Ambrose, Roanoke; nine grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Charlotte Baldwin; one brother, Earl Shelton, both of Appomattox. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, January 11, with burial in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with military honors by VFW Post #4522. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel.
