BARGER, JAMES A.

James Aaron Barger, age 81, of Roanoke passed away Wednesday in a local hospital. He was retired from Huttig Sash and Door. He was predeceased by his wife, Grace Horn Barger. Surviving are one son, Marvin A. Barger, Charlottesville; a daughter and son-in-law, Esther B. and Michael Jones, Roanoke; two brothers, George Barger, Rocky Mount; Herman Barger, Hardy; one sister, Sarah B. Carter, Roanoke; two grandchildren, Billy Jones and Tracey Jones. Graveside services will be held 12:00 noon Saturday, January 11, 1992 from the Mountain View Cemetery. The Rev. David M. Derrow will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Lotz Vinton Chapel.
