CAPT. REED R. LAMBERT, who graduated summa cum laude from Radford University in 1983, has been assigned as officer in charge of the U.S. Army Health Clinic at the Pine Bluff Arsenal in Arkansas. The clinic is the only Army health care facility available to active and retired military in southeast Arkansas.Lambert received a doctorate of medicine from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1987, the same year he was commissioned a captain, and is board certified in family practice.
Lambert, a Baton Rouge, La., native, was in Operation Desert Storm and received the Army Commendation Medal for his service.
