WILLIAMS, IRENE C.

Irene C. Williams, age 84, died Friday morning in a Salem hospital. She was born in Sanders, Ky. April 19, 1907 and the daughter of the late James Raleigh and Roberta Cleveland Cook. She was member Mount Lebanon United Methodist Church, Pembroke. She was preceded in death by your husband, Willard Brown Williams. Surviving are her two daughters and sons-in-law, Jo Ann W. and Aubrey Williams; Shirley W. and Marcus Smith, all of Pembroke; three grandchildren, Willard (Skip) Harrisonburg; Lana Sue Marallo, Salt Lake City, Utah; Dale Mitchell Smith, Newport News; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Hazel Beebe, Cincinnati, Ohio. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Mount Lebanon United Methodist Church, Pembroke. Burial will be in Birchlawn Burial Park, Pearisburg. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday at the Kendall Funeral Home, Pembroke.
