Patrinda Toney scored a career-high 34 points Friday night, including Radford's last six as the Highlanders pulled out a 76-72 victory over East Tennessee State at the Dedmon Center.LaSaundra Siddle's free throws with 4:22 remaining gave Radford (7-7) the lead for good at 67-65.
Becky Harden had 13 rebounds for Radford, which squandered a late 12-point lead.

\ Hollins 52, Eastern Mennonite 49: At Harrisonburg, Julie King scored 16 points and Sereena Beedie added 14 to lead Hollins (3-2, 2-1) past Eastern Mennonite in an Old Dominion Athletic Conference game. Beedie hit five of six free throws in the final minutes. Missey Hensley led Eastern Mennonite (0-1, 0-6) with 23 points.
\ Delaware Valley 76, Ferrum 72: At Doylestown, Pa., Natasha Upson scored 25 points to lead Delaware Valley (7-2) past the Panthers in the first round of the North-South Tournament. Ferrum (7-4) led 71-70 with 1:02 left. Dawn Papaciak, who had 14 points and 15 rebounds, sank an inside jumper and was fouled, then made the free throw to seal the victory for Delaware Valley. Ferrum was led by Niki Clayborne's 24 points, Kerri Lynch added 11 and Sarah Quesenberry had 10.
